I'm a licensed independent insurance agent in Clearwater, Florida. I spent more than 20 years in computer support and repair, where my job was explaining confusing things in plain English and not leaving people stuck. Medicare is one of the most confusing systems people deal with, and I wanted to bring that same patience to it.
I started helping people with Medicare in 2026, and I'm learning the business from a long-time agent in my family. I'm independent, so I'm not tied to one insurance company. I compare the plans I offer against your doctors, prescriptions and budget, and I explain the options without jargon. There's no cost to you and no pressure to switch.
What I help with
- Medicare Advantage. All-in-one plans that bundle hospital and medical coverage, often with drug coverage and extras. Read the guide.
- Medicare Supplement (Medigap). Plans that help cover what Original Medicare doesn't, with freedom to see any doctor who accepts Medicare. Read the guide.
- Part D drug plans. Plans compared by how they cover your medications and your estimated yearly cost. Read the guide.
- Dental, vision and hearing. Coverage for everyday care that Original Medicare generally leaves out.
- Turning 65. When to enroll, what to do if you're still working, and how to avoid penalties. Read the guide.
If you're already on Medicare, I can review your current coverage too. Plans change every year, so it's worth a second look.
How I work with you
1. You request a call
Tell me how to reach you and when. It takes about 30 seconds, and I'll call you back, usually within one business day.
2. We talk it through
I ask about your doctors, your prescriptions and your budget. Then I compare the plans we offer and explain the trade-offs, so you can make the call.
3. I help you enroll and stay supported
If you choose a plan, I help you enroll. I'm still here for questions afterward, and I'm happy to review your plan each year.
What it costs you
There is no charge for my help. Insurance carriers compensate agents, so you don't pay me anything for my time, and a plan costs the same whether you enroll through me or directly. That said, I'm not connected with or endorsed by the government or Medicare, and I'm compensated by carriers, so I tell you plainly when another option may fit better.
I do not offer every plan available in your area. For information on all of your options, contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP).
My license, and how to check it
- Florida insurance agent license: G365332
- National Producer Number (NPN): 22312975
You can look up any Florida insurance agent on the Florida Department of Financial Services licensee search, licenseesearch.fldfs.com (opens in a new tab). Searching by name or license number shows whether a license is valid.
Where I help
I'm based in Clearwater and help people across Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties, including Clearwater, Largo, Dunedin, Seminole, Palm Harbor and Safety Harbor.
I'm also licensed in Florida and can help you by phone wherever you live in the state. Plans can vary by county, so I check what we offer in your area before we compare options.
