Terms of Use
The terms for using this website, plus our Refund Policy and Accessibility statement.
Effective September 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, which Maxwell Kingsbury, a licensed independent insurance agent (Florida License # G365332, NPN 22312975), operates under the name Maxwell Helps. By using the site, you agree to them.
Educational information only
Content on this site is general educational information about Medicare. It is not medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation of any specific plan. Plan benefits, costs, networks and drug lists vary by plan and by area, and they change each year. A plan's official documents, such as its Evidence of Coverage, control what it covers.
Who we are
Maxwell Kingsbury is a licensed independent insurance agent, not a government agency. This website is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
How we are paid
We do not charge you for our help. Insurance carriers pay us a commission when you enroll in a plan we offer.
No guarantees
We work to keep information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, error-free or up to date. Figures such as premiums and deductibles are set by CMS and by insurance carriers and can change. Enrollment in any plan is subject to the carrier's approval.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party websites, including government sites such as Medicare.gov. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Ownership
The text, logo and photos on this site belong to Maxwell Kingsbury and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, this website is provided "as is," and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable insurance law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
Refund Policy
We do not charge any fees for our help, so there is nothing to refund from us.
Insurance premiums are paid to the insurance carrier, not to us. Any premium refund is handled by the carrier under the terms of your policy or plan. Medicare Supplement (Medigap) policies generally include a free-look period after delivery, during which you can cancel and have your premium refunded. Check your policy for its exact terms. For Medicare Advantage and Part D plans, the times you can leave or switch plans are set by Medicare's enrollment periods. We are glad to help you with a refund question or a cancellation.
Accessibility
We want this website to be usable by everyone, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The site supports keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators, has a skip link, uses text alternatives for images, has color contrast checked against WCAG targets, honors reduced-motion settings, and labels links that open in a new tab.
If you have trouble using any part of the site, or would like information in another format, please call or email us and we will help.
