Privacy Policy
What this website collects, what you choose to share, and how it is used and protected.
Effective October 16, 2026
This policy explains what information is collected when you use this website or contact Maxwell Kingsbury, a licensed independent insurance agent (Florida License # G365332, NPN 22312975), who operates this website under the name Maxwell Helps ("I," "we" or "us"), and how it is used.
What this website collects
This website has one short contact form (“Request a call”) and no user accounts. It uses one advertising tool, the Meta Pixel, described below. Specifically:
- Request-a-call form. If you fill it in, we receive your name, phone number, the best time to call and, if you give it, your ZIP code, plus a note of which ad or page brought you to the site. The form is delivered to our email by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, under its own privacy policy. We use this information only to call or text you about your request.
- Plan-fit questions. Your answers stay in your own browser unless you choose to send them. If you finish the questions and use the “Request my call” button at the end, your answers are sent with your name, phone number, best time to call and, if you give it, your ZIP code. They are delivered to our email by Web3Forms, in the same way as the request-a-call form. Otherwise they are not stored or sent to anyone, and they disappear when you leave the page.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log visitors' IP addresses for security purposes, under GitHub's own privacy statement.
- Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, which runs Facebook and Instagram) to measure our ads. When you visit a page, your browser sends Meta the page address, your IP address, browser details and a Meta cookie. When you click “Start intake form” or tap our phone number, it also tells Meta that the button or number was clicked. When you send the request-a-call form, it tells Meta that a form was sent, but not what you typed. We do not send Meta your plan-fit answers or anything you type into a form. The same is true of the form at the end of the plan-fit questions, which tells Meta only that a form was sent. Meta may use this information to show and measure ads, under Meta’s own privacy policy. You can limit this in your Facebook ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google to deliver them. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
Information you choose to share
If you call, email, request a call or complete the intake form, we receive the information you provide. That may include your name, contact details, date of birth, ZIP code, current coverage, doctors and prescriptions.
If you decide to enroll in a plan, I may use HealthSherpa, a third-party enrollment platform, to submit your application. Information entered there is collected by HealthSherpa and shared with us, and HealthSherpa's own privacy policy also applies.
If you request a call through a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects what you enter (your name, phone number and best time to call) and passes it to us. We use it only to contact you about your request. Meta’s own privacy policy also applies.
If you book an appointment on my calendar, the booking page is run by Microsoft Bookings, part of Microsoft 365. Microsoft collects what you enter (your name, email, phone number, the time you choose and any note you add) and passes it to me, and Microsoft’s own privacy statement also applies. You’ll get a confirmation email and calendar invite from Microsoft on my behalf.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and compare the plans we offer against your needs
- To help you apply for or enroll in a plan, when you ask us to
- To follow up with you about your request, and for annual reviews if you would like them
- To meet legal, regulatory and carrier requirements, including Medicare (CMS) rules. For example, calls about Medicare Advantage and Part D plans may be recorded as CMS requires.
When we share it
We share your information only as needed to help you. That includes insurance carriers when you apply for coverage, enrollment platforms, and the organizations that support my work as an agent, such as a marketing organization I am contracted with. We may also share information when the law or a regulator requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.
How we contact you
We contact you only about the request you made or the service you asked for. You can ask us to stop calling, texting or emailing you at any time, and we will honor that request.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping rules that apply to licensed agents, carriers and Medicare.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Some records must be kept for legal or regulatory reasons, and we will explain if that applies. Contact us using the details below.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
